We know that BookRenter.com is the first entrant in this business. Anyone think that this model has to contend with the large number of international editions available over ebay?
Absolutely! I don't think people have stopped posting International editions for sale for the fear of laws on Ebay et al. So, yes, definitely in the coming years, BookRenters will have to competitively price its books to attract price conscious consumers.
Actually, I still see plenty of international edition books on eBay, Textsboorus.com etc. So this will be a challenge for small businesses such as bookrenter.com
